Reporting an error
To report a factual error, a misattributed quotation, a broken or incorrect citation, or an outdated claim, contact legal@cendrixresearch.com. Please include the article URL, the specific passage at issue, and, where possible, a primary source supporting the correction.
How we respond
- Substantive factual corrections are made promptly, the article's last-reviewed date is updated, and a brief note is appended where the correction materially changes the article's conclusions.
- Citation corrections (broken links, updated DOIs, additional context) are made without an appended note.
- Minor copy edits (typography, grammar, clarity) are made without notification and do not trigger a last-reviewed date change.
- Retractions are reserved for articles that cannot be salvaged by correction. A retraction notice replaces the article body and the URL is preserved.
Timing
Cendrix targets acknowledgment of correction requests within five business days. Resolution time depends on the complexity of the correction and the availability of source material.
