How Cendrix classifies, notifies, and resolves recalls of research materials.

Classification

  • Class A: Identity, contamination, or labeling issue requiring immediate quarantine.
  • Class B: Potency or stability deviation from specification.
  • Class C: Documentation correction with no impact on the analytical specification.

Notification

Affected purchasers are notified by email to the address on file within one business day of recall initiation. Notices include lot numbers, the nature of the issue, and recipient instructions.

Recipient responsibilities

Recipients must quarantine affected lots, confirm receipt of the notice, and follow the instructions for return, destruction, or documentation update.

Governing law

Laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflicts-of-law principles.
