Returns & Quality Claims

Because materials are released against lot-specific analytical documentation, returns are generally not accepted once a shipment leaves Cendrix custody. Quality claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible claims

• Shipment damage or temperature excursion reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Documented deviation from the analytical specifications on the lot certificate of analysis.
• Identity or labeling discrepancy.

Process

Submit claims to quality@cendrixresearch.com with the order reference, lot number, photographs, and a description of the issue. A claim number is issued within one business day.
